These Terms govern your use of NeuraArena's game top-up and PromptPay payment services in Thailand. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We act as a facilitator between you and game publishers:
You select a game and top-up amount on our website.
You pay via PromptPay QR code in Thai Baht (THB).
We receive payment confirmation and deliver the top-up to your game account.
We confirm delivery via email (if provided).
We do not develop, own, or operate any of the games. Our role ends when the top-up is successfully delivered.
Currency: All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
Payment method: PromptPay QR code is the primary method. Other methods may appear on the website.
Accuracy: You are responsible for entering correct payment and game account details.
Completion: Payment is considered final once confirmed by the payment processor.

We will notify you if delays exceed expected timeframes.
Refunds are not automatic. We evaluate each situation:

To request a refund, email support@neuraarena.com with your order details within 7 days of the transaction.
You agree to:
Provide accurate game account information
Maintain security of your game and email accounts
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate charge, we reserve the right to suspend your access to our services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Game publisher account bans, suspensions, or policy changes
Loss of in-game items due to game updates or server issues
Delays caused by payment processors or game systems
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability for any single transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction.
We strive to keep our service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or suspend services temporarily for security reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
If you continue using our services after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
